6:00 AM – Pick Up
We’ll swing by your lodging bright and early, kicking off the day with excitement. Hop into our comfy 4WD vehicle, and we’ll whisk you away to the best surf spots.

7:30 AM – Surf Spot Arrival
We’ll arrive at your chosen surf destination, where you can relax and get ready in our shaded area. With the guidance of our expert surf guide, dive into your first surf session, chasing those perfect waves.

11:00 AM – Snack Break
Time for a well-deserved break! Enjoy some snacks and refreshing water while soaking in the stunning views.

12:00 PM – Afternoon Surf Session
Head back out for another round of surf fun. Explore new waves and make the most of your afternoon on the water.

5:00 PM – Head Back
After an epic day of surfing, we’ll start the journey back to your lodging, bringing along plenty of surf stories.

6:30 PM – Drop Off
We’ll drop you off at your lodging, where you can relax and reminisce about the amazing day you’ve just had.

How Safe is the Area?
Overall, the area is very safe for visitors. While travel always carries some risk, our guides will do their best to ensure your safety. Mexico is friendly to tourists, and issues are rare.

How Much Money Should I Bring?
We suggest having at least $80 DLS per day for extras. Some communities require a donation for road access, payable on-site for a receipt. Tips and extra food are not included, and there may be additional fees. The official currency is the peso (15-20 pesos per dollar). While some places accept dollars, they often do so at a lower rate, so exchange your dollars for pesos at the airport, as there are no exchange houses nearby.

Best Season to Surf in Oaxaca
Conditions generally improve from April to October, peaking in June through September. While you can find waves year-round, the quality varies, so plan your trip accordingly.

What Equipment Should I Bring?
Waves usually range from 2 to 8 feet, so we recommend bringing three types of boards: a shortboard, a hybrid, and a larger one for bigger days. Don’t forget extra straps, wax, fins, and some Solarez for minor repairs!

How are the medical services in the area?
The most urban points (Salina Cruz-Huatulco) can offer quality and basic medical services, such as fracture care, sutures, X-rays, prescription drugs, etc. For critical situations or high-risk emergencies, it is always more advisable to seek help in Oaxaca City or Mexico City. In this sense, we highly recommend you to have travel insurance that can cover all medical or emergency requirements, theft, etc. If necessary.
